What You Need to Use This Program

This program will ask you for the defendant's information (person/business you are suing). Do not worry if you are missing key information, such as corp/agent address on a business entity. CourtLinked will conduct the research UCC/State research needed to file your case correctly. If you are suing an individual, you will need to provide us the correct address.

No documents or any type of evidence is needed during these stages. If documents are needed, we will contact you. Keep your documents/evidences for the day of your trial.
